Following 6 highly anticipated episodes of CTV’s landmark series THE LAUNCH, the chosen artists from each episode (6 in total) will have been swept away into the whirlwind marketing, PR and music production machine of CTV and Big Machine Records. Their singles will be all over the radio and Canada will know their faces well.

We capture their excitement and talent as they perform two songs they used to audition for Scott Borchetta and other celebrity judges – an original song, and a cover hit – and their new single, performed for the first time ever as “chosen Artist” in front of an audience! Companion edits give us a glimpse into the home lives of the chosen artists, and feature outtakes from The Launch that never made it to air. We also get a peek into the PR machine that has made these individuals famous literally overnight.

Episode 1

The Launch season 2 premieres its first chosen artist: Cassiøpeia! Fall in love with the 17 year old songstress who wowed mentors Scott Borchetta, Ryan Tedder and Marie-Mai as she performs three songs including her new hit single, “Better,” for the first time as ‘chosen artist’ in front of a studio audience! In addition, see never-before-seen outtakes from Cassiøpeia’s episode of The Launch including unaired clips from an interview with megastar producer Ryan Tedder. Hosted by Chloe Wilde.

Episode 2

This week’s Chosen Artist, T Thomason, performs his new anthem, Hope, for the first time for a live studio audience since his Launch. The singer/songwriter talks about growing up in Halifax, and working with legendary artist, Sarah McLachlan. Plus, a sneak peek at his rehearsals, and an outtake of a personal pep talk from Sarah. Hosted by Chloe Wilde.

Episode 3

Freshly Launched artist, Saveria, hits our studio to perform three songs, including her soulful pop hit, “Down To The Roots”. Mentored by Scott Borchetta, Marie-Mai, producer Jon Levine, and Arkells frontman Max Kerman, Saveria looks back at her vocal breakthrough and takes a trip back home to London, Ontario. Hosted by Chloe Wilde.

Episode 4

Olivia Lunny is this week’s Chosen artist! The Winnipeg-native hits the stage to perform three songs, including her new single, “I Got You”, for the first time as a Launched aritst in front of a live studio audience. Olivia looks back at her wild ride, including her experience working with Scott Borchetta, Marie-Mai, producer Shaun Frank, and the one and only Jann Arden. Plus, never-before-seen footage from The Launch. Hosted by Chloe Wilde.

Episode 5

This week, Maddie Storvold was Launched! The Edmonton singer gears up to perform her new country ballad “Don’t Say You Love Me”, and more, for the first time as a Launched artist for a live studio audience. She give behind the scenes scoop on working with Scott Borchetta, Marie-Mai, and the iconic Bryan Adams on her whirlwind rise to stardom. Plus, we take an exclusive look at footage that didn’t make the cut! Hosted by Chloe Wilde. 

Episode 6

In the season finale of The Launch, Ottawa native Michelle Treacy was the Chosen Artist. She takes center stage to perform three songs, including her disco-infused hit, Emotional. She talks about working with Scott Borchetta, Marie-Mai, pop sensation Bebe Rexha, and mega producer Nile Rodgers. Plus we visit her hometown to talk about her family life and unique style.
