Game Changers profiles the people and programs making a difference in our city through the help of the NHL hockey club’s not-for-profit side. From mental health awareness campaigns to amateur sport initiatives around the city, this series profiles people who are transforming Ottawa one initiative at a time.

Episode 1: Mental Health

Suicide prevention is top-of-mind for two Ottawa families who want to help break the stigma of mental health in the city.

Episode 2: Pediatric Palliative Care

What’s it really like to deliver hospice care for kids? The story behind Roger’s House and a few of the Ottawa families who see it as a second home.

Episode 3: School Programs and Summer Camps

Drug-addicted teens and at-risk youth are given a second chance through special programs supported by the Ottawa Senators foundation, while elementary kids use hockey as an incentive to reach higher learning goals.
